This nominal fee covers site maintenance, site leasing and advertising of
this web site to potential renters. Your listing will
appear on this web site within one week of receipt of your check and will
be active until the day of the 2009 graduation unless you ask to have it removed.
If you want to renew for the following
year please access this site again (but only in mid June), check the Renewal box, fill out the
form and follow the same instructions as written above. Please
note that concise, pointed descriptions of your home are better received
by the potential renter than long descriptions. You
are limited to no more than 200 words. List descriptions that exceed
that amount will have to be resubmitted.
After a potential renter has contacted you, it is up to you, the renter,
to come to an agreement with the renter. USNA-RENT.COM does not require
either the home owner or renter to sign a contract. How you negotiate with the
renter is your responsibility.
